Join us for an 8-week season that will improve your endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. Practices are for 1-hour on Tuesday at 5:30 PM starting on Tuesday, September 21 and will end with a Celebration & Competition on Tuesday, November 2.

Walking Club

The Special Olympics Walking Clubs aim to bring together individuals with and without intellectual disabilities for non-competitive physical activity. The club provides the platform and opportunity for individuals to challenge themselves, establish friendships, and exercise. All members of the Special Olympics community (coaches, family members, volunteer groups and caregivers) are welcome to join!

WWE School of Strength NEW: School of Strength is an interactive online platform that encourages athletes to participate in a fun and engaging training program that they can do in the comfort of their own homes. Developed in partnership with WWE superstar Becky Lynch, this series of videos, a fitness tracker, a coach’s playbook and a caregiver toolkit all contribute to helping athletes focus on nutrition and fitness and getting the most out of their workouts. We’re excited to see SONC Athlete Stephanie as a part of School of Strength!
