The variety of at-home resources below can help complement virtual lessons and keep students remaining healthy and fit while typical activities are suspended.
School of Strength: School of Strength is an interactive online platform that encourages athletes to participate in a fun and engaging training program that they can do in the comfort of their own homes.
Virtual Workout Training Program (Special Olympics Colorado): A virtual training program that includes a workout calendar, sports drills, and workout videos for everyday of the month.
"Commit to Fit" Workout Videos (Special Olympics Pennsylvania): Various workout videos that can be done from home.

CATCH Health at Home Program: A free program. Can be accessed through an online portal or Google Classroom that contains a variety of lessons on health, nutrition, mindfulness, and more.
Workout with the Warriors: Brush up on your basketball skills with 30-minute Instagram workouts facilitated by Warriors Basketball Academy coaches every Tuesday & Thursday at 1 p.m. Workouts will be streamed on the Instagram handle @gswacademy and all content will be posted on the Warriors Basketball Academy YouTube channel.
Young Athletes At Home: Comprehensive Young Athletes guide that involves flash cards, movement videos, and an at home toolkit.
Family Flash Cards: Fun and engaging flashcards featuring each of the individual activities and at home equipment modifications for families to use at home to run Young Athletes.
