Healthy Athletes Month (March 2021): Join us via Zoom for lessons covering health, nutrition, fitness, hygiene, social skills, emotional well-being and stress relief, and more. Classes will be led by trained health professionals and Special Olympics staff, along with Athlete Leaders. Healthy Athletes Month will also include social time and fun activities to connect athletes and families.
