SPORT SEASON
July - September

Golf is a precision club and ball sport, in which competing players use many types of clubs to hit balls into a series of holes on a golf course using the fewest number of strokes. The game is played on golf courses, each of which features a unique design, although courses typically consist of either nine or 18 holes.

We believe it is important for our coaches to receive certification training in order to provide them with the tools needed to help our athletes have a positive sport experience.  By taking the online certification training, coaches will learn best practices when approaching sports training with our athletes. Certification is required for certain coaching situations and recommended for all coaches.   Please also make sure to check out the SONC/SONV Rules and the National Governing Body Rules for Golf (below).
