Reach for the Gold
More than 700 Special Olympic athletes from 32 Northern California counties are coming to Davis, California June 26-28. Their quest: to reach for the gold as they compete in the sport that has required their hard work, time and commitment. Not everyone will win gold medals, but it is their quest, their courageous effort and their spirit that makes them all want to reach their own personal goals.
You are invited to help Summer Games athletes Reach for the Gold this summer, and take part in an experience that tends to bring out the best in your community and gives you an opportunity to be inspired by so many Special Olympic athletes.
