 WHAT:
The 6th Annual Special Olympics Golf Classic is a scramble tournament
held at the beautiful Silver Creek Valley Country Club. This
private, gate-guarded Club includes a championship 18-hole and
a par 72 golf course that was originally designed by Ted Robinson
and remodeled in 2002 by a Golf World Magazine award winning
architect. Golfers will enjoy a casual Friday putting, chipping,
and teeing away for a great cause. The event raises funds through
sponsorships, contests, tee signs, and an exciting auction with
marvelous packages. If you choose not to play golf, but would
like to support the 6th annual Golf Classic and Special Olympics

Sheet WHO:
Open to any level of golfer who wants to have a great time golfing
and supporting an excellent cause at the same time! Reservations
are on a first-to-pay basis and are limited to the first 128
golfers with paid reservations. Golf play will use the four-person
team scramble format providing opportunities for all levels of
golfer-skill to participate and enjoy camaraderie of the team
concept.
WHEN:
Friday, June 27, 2008: Schedule of the day: 9:00 AM-Registration/Driving
Range; 9:30am -Putting; (Lunches provided); 11:45 am-Meet at
Carts on the Tee;
12:00 pm - Shotgun Start; 5:00 PM -Reception/Auction/Awards Dinner
WHERE:

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Entry fee of $285 per golfer: You should register as part of
a foursome otherwise you will be randomly assigned to a foursome.
The registration fee includes lunch, green fees, cart, 18 holes
of golf, a chance to meet and golf with Special Olympics athletes,
course contests, themed holes, bag prizes, reception, and dinner
with a fabulous auction.
$500 to become a hole-sponsor: includes a tee sign featuring
your company's name and you can keep the sign to display in your
company lobby.
$60 for the reception/dinner/auction
for non-players: spouses,
friends, and family members who would like to join us for the
post tournament festivities. Non-players may get involved in
the festivities by joining us at 5:00 pm for cocktails, entertainment,
dinner, and the auction.
