Join Join in the fun as brave souls take the plunge for a good
cause at the 2009 Polar Bear Plunge! For just $100 in pledges,
plunge participants take a quick dip in the chilly waters of
either the San Francisco Bay, Fresno's Millerton Lake or Lake
Tahoe, all to raise funds for Special Olympics Northern California.
Anyone can participate! (Under 18 requires parent or guardian
signature.)

With just $100 in pledges, plungers automatically get the official
Polar Bear Plunge Sweatshirt, entrance to the after-plunge party,
and bragging rights over all the people who couldn't bear it!

The event is open to the public, and all spectators are welcome
