“American Idol’s” Katherine
McPhee and world-renowned performance artist David
Garibaldi will be
performing at the Opening Ceremonies for the Special Olympics
Northern California Summer Games at UC Berkeley on Friday, June
8. The ceremonies, presented by AT&T, will kick
 off
a two-day competition of
more than 1,200 Special Olympics athletes and coaches from
throughout Northern California who will be competing for gold
in Aquatics, Track & Field, Bocce,
Tennis and Volleyball.
When: Friday, June 8, 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Where: Haas Pavilion, Bancroft Way at Dana  Court, UC Berkeley

to Opening Ceremonies is FREE,
and tickets are available and can be claimed by completing this
