Once a year, we come together at the Olympic Club,
to share in the rich history of this renowned course with its tree-lined
fairways, spectacular views and storied past. Yet, more than
that, we come together to give something back by supporting
the athletes of the Special Olympics.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT: STROKE PLAY
8:30 am to 11:00 am - Registration & Pre-tournament Warm-up
Putting Contest Driving Range Refreshments
11 am Shotgun Start
Following golf: Hosted Bar 5:00 pm, Banquet 6:00 pm
Live and Silent Auction & Door Prizes
CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP
$10,000 includes company name at hole, special program recognition,
guaranteed Lake Course golf foursome, cart, option for one additional foursome
at $2,500, tee prizes, refreshments, hosted bar, banquet and prize drawings.

ENTRY FEE
Lake Course - Corporate sponsor or $5,000 per foursome.
Ocean Course - Individual fee $625 or $2,500 per foursome.
Both courses - Fee includes golf and cart, tee prizes, refreshments, hosted
bar, banquet and prize drawing. Response will be processed in the order received
and must be submitted by August 22, 2008. Download

CONTRIBUTIONS
If you are unable to attend the tournament, you can still be a Special Olympics
Northern California San Francisco supporter by mailing a contribution

CLUBHOUSE LOWER FLOORS
Acceptable golf and tennis attire, Hats and caps may not be worn on the
Main Floor or the Grill and Domino Rooms.
GOLF COURSES, SNACK STANDS, DRIVING RANGE
AND PRACTICE FACILITIES
Proper golfing attire at all times.
FOR MEN: Collared shirts with sleeves, sweaters, jackets, slacks,
walking shorts (no more than 2" above the knees). Tights may only be worn
under skirts or walking shorts.
CLUB HOUSE MAIN FLOOR AND MAIN DINING ROOM
Casual, golf and tennis attire. Dress codes are in effect at all times. Please
review and respect our Dress Code policies. (proper or Casual attire does
not include blue jeans regardless of brand, t-shirt, tank tops, workout or
athletic clothing.)
